On September 16, 2023, at approximately 7:48 PM, patrol Officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian near the intersection of S. White Road and Quimby Road. The preliminary investigation revealed the following:

On September 15, 2023, at approximately 4:17 AM, Officers responded to the 200 block of S. 4th Street for a stabbing. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult male that had been stabbed at least once. Responding medics provided life saving aid, but the male was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene.
