A driver who died was identified as Gabriel Nieto Ruiz, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office. 

The motorcyclist collided head-on with a car on Saturday outside of Lake Elsinore.

A motorcyclist was travelling through heavy fog before slamming into a disabled vehicle on the 15 Freeway, officials said.

Kevin May, 47, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug and may face further criminal charges, the CHP said.

Clarke was reportedly working out with former Kentucky teammate and Sierra Canyon High standout BJ Boston, who was not in the car, before the crash. Clarke had recently signed with Klutch Sports.

The engineer who conducted the test placed a small weighted chain on the steering wheel to simulate the weight of a driver’s hand.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The crash happened just after 5 a.m. in the westbound lanes, west of Pierce Street.
