Three drove away with the idling car as the delivery driver tried to deliver the pizza, authorities say.

George Ponce was released from Riverside Community Hospital Friday, Nov. 9, and was immediately arrested and booked.

Bryan Lembke was fatally injured in the crash.

Three others were injured in the crash, with both vehicles overturned.

The driver was in a plum-colored 2004 to 2006 Scion xB, officials said.

Anthony Ochoa, 10, was killed in March.

The Sheriff’s Department said he drove away from a deputy and crashed into a car while running a red light, killing the driver.

The Corolla smashed into a dirt embankment on the west edge of the road and overturned, ejecting both men.
