The California Highway Patrol said the motorcyclist was splitting lanes when the crash happened.

No one else was involved in the crash.

They want the man arrested in the collision, Anurag Chandra, off the streets, but say he’ll face ‘divine accountability.’

The crash happened about 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Country Village Road and Wagon Way.

The 49-year-old Banning tow truck driver was struck when he was outside of his vehicle, responding to an earlier incident, CHP officials said.

It happened Friday evening on the 60 Freeway east of Indian Street.

The bus reportedly was headed from the Los Angeles area to San Ysidro.
