Local Kids get to “Shop with a Cop” 

On December 3rd, 2023, at approximately 5:16 PM, Officers responded to a residence in 900 Block of Thelma Way for a report of a possible deceased person. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult female with obvious signs of physical trauma who was pronounced deceased at the scene.  

On November 26, 2023, at approximately 12:34 AM, patrol Officers responded to a hit-and-run traffic collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the area of Capitol Expressway and Bluefield Drive. The preliminary investigation revealed the following:
