On August 10, 2023, at approximately 9:15 PM, patrol Officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle in the area of Tully Road and Mclaughlin Avenue in San Jose. The preliminary investigation revealed the following:

On September 3, 2023, at approximately 3:22 AM, patrol Officers responded to a collision involving and vehicle and a pedestrian near the intersection of Winchester Boulevard and Walgrove Way. The preliminary investigation revealed the following:

On August 26, 2023, at approximately 8:27 PM, Officers responded to the area of Donnington Drive and Lockhaven Way for a call of a family disturbance involving a father and his adult son in a fight. Upon arrival, Officers located the adult male father unresponsive. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased.

On August 27, 2023, at approximately 8:28 AM, patrol Officers were in the area of Snell Avenue and Avenida Del Robles when they observed a stolen Kia sedan turn into a residential neighborhood west of Snell Avenue. Officers lost visual of the suspect vehicle shortly after entering the neighborhood and had not made an attempt to stop the vehicle.
