One car was reported flipped in the center divider, according to CHP reports.

The man was using a work table when he became pinned between equipment Tuesday. He died Wednesday.

The driver was going about 70 mph while traffic was moving at 55 mph on the stretch of freeway, the CHP said.

The plane will remain in the building until the investigation is complete.

The crash left southbound lanes of Van Buren Boulevard closed while law enforcement investigated.

The crash was reported at 8:30 p.m. on Ramona Expressway at N. Vernon Avenue.

Two vehicles collided, and one of them spun down an embankment while the other remained in lanes, CHP officials said.

Opportunity Way, closed since the Thursday crash, was without barriers Monday morning.

It happened early Sunday at the intersection of Ironwood Avenue and Perris Boulevard.
