The crash happened around 2:17 a.m. on northbound Highway 259 north of 27th Street

The two suspects, a man and a woman, are believed to be responsible for a dark colored, older model Nissan Sentra with a spoiler that struck and killed a Rancho Cucamonga man crossing the street in the area of Fourth Street and Milliken Avenue on Aug. 21.

The front end of the scooter hit the passenger side of the pickup, throwing the driver from the scooter and leaving him with severe injuries.
