Deputies found illegal narcotics following a pursuit and crash in a Pomona mobile-home park Saturday, Oct. 20, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials. Deputies arrested 21-year-old Kevin Ceballos on suspicion of felony evading and possession of controlled substance for sale, a sheriff’s press release said.

Around 10 p.m. Saturday, a deputy tried to pull a vehicle over at the entrance of a mobile home park near Roswell and Grand avenues in an unincorporated portion of Pomona, but the driver, later identified as Ceballos, drove off, sheriff’s officials said.

Ceballos drove “recklessly through the complex” and eventually hit a tree, the statement said, with Ceballo jumping out of the vehicle and running off but was later found and arrested.
