2 pedestrians struck down by hit-and-run driver in Jurupa Valley, Sheriff’s Department said

Two pedestrians were critically injured Friday night, Nov. 15, when they were struck by what authorities say was a hit-and-run vehicle in Jurupa Valley.

The collision happened about 7:40 p.m. at Mission Boulevard and Pedley Road in the Pedley neighborhood, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department said. The vehicle did not stop as required by law, sheriff’s Sgt. Albert Martinez said.

Investigators did not immediately have a complete description of the car or other information, Martinez said.
