A 19-year-old man was killed in a traffic collision in Colton after striking a pole, the Colton Police Department reported.
Xavier Anthony Manrique, 19, of Colton was identified as the victim of a fatal crash on Friday in the 2400 Block of S. La Cadena Drive, the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office reported.
The Police Department received a 911 call at about 12:46 p.m. regarding a traffic collision involving a single vehicle. The driver was found suffering from blunt force trauma, the Police Department reported.
The Colton Fire Department responded to the scene to render medical aid.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene, the Police Department reported.
