Three teenagers from Banning were killed in a rollover crash in Palm Springs on May 21, authorities said.

Dennis Leonard Savard II, 17, and Jazmen Marie Thomas, 16, were pronounced dead within the hour after the 7:58 p.m. crash on Highway 111 north of Angel Canyon Trail, the Riverside County Coroner’s Office said on May 25.

Two other teens were taken to Desert Regional Medical Center, where one of them died, the Desert Sun reported, citing the California Highway Patrol. That teen’s name has not been publicly announced by the Coroner’s Office.

The teens were in a 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger that overturned several times, the Desert Sun said.
