On December 17, 2023, at approximately 4:19 AM, Officers responded to the area of Snow Drive and Giusti Drive for reports of a firearms discharge. Upon arrival, Officers located evidence on scene indicating that a shooting had occurred. A short time later, two adult male victims arrived at a local hospital suffering from at least one gunshot wound each. Despite life saving efforts, one of the victims succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The second victim suffered a non life threatening injury and was stabilized.
