On Monday, June 5, 2023, at approximately 7:08 pm, San Francisco Police officers from Northern Station responded to the area of Rose and Webster Streets on a report of a shooting. Prior to the officer’s arrival, dispatch advised the officers that a victim from the shooting was driven to the hospital. A 25-year-old male victim was dropped off at a local hospital suffering from life-threatening injuries. Despite efforts by medical personnel, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators from the SFPD Homicide Detail took the lead on the investigation.
Through the course of the investigation, SFPD officers assigned to the Community Violence Reduction Team (CVRT) were able to identify the suspects involved in the homicide and developed probable cause to obtain search and Ramey warrants for 28-year-old Jeremiah Fisher, 24-year-old Deniro Gulley, 21-year-old Jamaree Willis, and 25-year-old Chase Goodspeed-Taylor of San Francisco.
On August 9, 2023, the search warrants were served at numerous locations within San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. The search warrants resulted in the arrest of Fisher, Gulley, and Willis and the seizure of evidence related to the crime.
