MERCED, Calif. – A 24-year-old woman was high on fentanyl when she veered her truck into oncoming traffic and slammed into a car.
The head-on collision hospitalized three people, including two juveniles, according to published reports.
The collision occurred just before 10:00 a.m. Friday, near Parsons and Gerard avenues.
Police arrested 24-year-old Patricia Garrett on suspicion of driving under the influence.
