Here’s a recap of incidents occurring last night:
There were no shootings or stabbings reported overnight.
Officers Investigate a fatal traffic collision– Last night, at approximately 10:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of Ocean Boulevard and Termino Avenue regarding an injury traffic collision involving two vehicles. The Long Beach Fire Department responded to the scene and transported an occupant from one of the vehicles to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries; his name is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin which will be conducted by the Los Angeles County Cornorer’s Office. Collision Investigation detectives responded to the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
