Crash on 91 Freeway in Anaheim kills 2 passengers

Two passengers died in a single-vehicle crash on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim early Sunday morning, Feb. 6, authorities said.

California Highway Patrol officers responded to the crash in the westbound lanes near Harbor Boulevard just before 2:15 a.m., the CHP said.

Officers found the vehicle with three unresponsive people inside, officers said.

One passenger, who died at the scene, was identified by Orange County coroner officials as Ignacio Bautista, 47, of Fontana.

The other passenger was identified by the CHP as Crystal Villalobos, 35, of Montebello. She died at a hospital.

Information about the driver, including his or her condition, was not immediately disclosed, nor was information about what may have caused the crash.
