A motorcyclist died Tuesday morning, Oct. 12, in Pomona after a traffic crash, police said.
The crash involving the motorcyclist and a sedan happened around 11:07 a.m. in the area of Garey Avenue and Philadelphia Street, police said.
The male motorcyclist was found “gravely injured” from the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Los Angeles County Fire Department, police said. No further identifying information for the motorcyclist was immediately available.
The manner in which the crash happened was not immediately clear.
The driver of the sedan remained on scene, police said.
