Resident injured when car hits apartment in Colton; driver arrested

A 30-year-old Riverside man was arrested early Wednesday, March 31, after he crashed into a house in Colton, injuring a minor inside, the Colton Police Department said.

The car struck an apartment building at 1043 S. Santo Antonio Drive at 1 a.m., a news release said. A minor, whose age was not announced, was in a bathroom and suffered minor injuries.

Officers determined that the driver was under the influence, the release said.

Eric Wayne Moss was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and DUI causing injury, the San Bernardino County jail log shows.
