GLENDORA — Two motorists were killed Thursday morning in a six-vehicle chain-reaction crash on the eastbound 210 Freeway in Glendora.
The crash was reported about 12:10 a.m. east of Sunflower Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A man in his 50s and a man in his 20s died at the scene, according to the coroner’s office and the CHP. Their names were withheld pending notification of their relatives.
The older man was the driver of a 2003 Lexus GS300, and the younger man was the driver of a 1998 Toyota Camry, the CHP reported.
“At this time, the sequence of events is unknown and is currently under investigation,” the CHP said in a statement released late Thursday morning.

One of the other motorists suffered a minor injury and was treated at a hospital. No other injuries were reported.
Video from the scene showed debris spread across all lanes of the freeway.
The carpool and the No. 1, 2 and 3 lanes of the eastbound and westbound Foothill Freeway just west of the Orange Freeway were blocked while an investigation was conducted.
All lanes were reopened shortly after 6 a.m., the CHP reported.
