Deputy, other motorist hurt in Rancho Cucamonga crash

A San Bernardino County sheriff’s patrol vehicle and a civilian car collided in Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday, March 18, resulting in injuries to both drivers.

The crash was reported at 11:52 a.m. at the intersection of Mountain View Drive and Milliken Avenue, sheriff’s spokeswoman Cindy Bachman said. Both drivers were hospitalized. The nature of their injuries, and the circumstances surrounding the collision, were not immediately known, she said.

The sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team was investigating.
