Motorcyclist dead after crash in Pomona

A motorcyclist died after a crash in Pomona on Friday morning.

Officers responded to the area of of Reservoir and Ninth streets after a crash was reported at around 3:25 a.m., police said.

Once at the crash, officers found a crash between an SUV and a motorcycle, authorities said. The motorcyclist died of injuries at the scene.

Police said the driver of the SUV remained at the site of the crash and cooperated with police. Neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be a factor in the crash.
