One person died Friday, Dec. 6, in a single-vehicle crash in the Cajon Pass, the California Highway Patrol said.

The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the victim Saturday as Francisco Aguila IV, 19, of Hesperia. He was driving a 2008 Honda Civic, the coroner said.

The CHP log says the agency received a report at 9:15 p.m. of a grey sedan facing the wrong way in the center divider of the southbound 15 Freeway north of Highway 138. The coroner was called about 9:45. Two lanes were closed for the investigation, which was continuing Saturday.
