2 critically injured in collision involving Lamborghini in San Jacinto

Two people were critically injured Monday, May 20, in a three-vehicle collision in San Jacinto, the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department said.

One of the cars involved was a blue, 2019 Lamborghini Huracan, the California Highway Patrol said. That car can cost upwards of $300,000.

The collision happened about 8:30 p.m. on Ramona Expressway at North Vernon Avenue, west of the Soboba Springs Country Club.

One person was trapped in his vehicle, Cal Fire said. A third person suffered a minor injury. All were hospitalized, Cal Fire said.

Information on the cause of the crash was not immediately available.
