The other vehicle involved in the crash was driven by  Raymundo Meza, 26, of Moreno Valley, who fled the scene but was apprehended by a good Samaritan until deputies arrived and arrested him, the release said. Meza, who was not injured, was booked on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and fleeing from the collision scene with injuries, the Sheriff’s Department said.
