A 52-year-old motorcyclist from Corona died Friday, July 20, when he collided with a big rig in Lake Elsinore, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said.
The crash happened about 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of Temescal Canyon Road and Bernard Street.
The rider was pronounced dead at the scene. No information was immediately available on the cause of the collision. The name of the person killed had not been released by authorities as of Saturday afternoon.
Investigators ask that any witnesses call Deputy Willow at 951-245-3300.
