A woman fatally injured in a two-vehicle crash in Jurupa Valley was publicly identified Tuesday.

Anna Humphreys, 56, of Riverside was pronounced dead at Riverside Community Hospital about an hour after the crash at 5:35 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Limonite Avenue and Peralta Place, the Riverside County coroner’s office said.

Two women and two juveniles were hurt in the crash, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said. All four were taken to a hospital for treatment.

The Sheriff’s Department shut down Limonite Avenue between Camino Real to Avenida Juan Bautista for the crash and death investigation. Sheriff’s officials said they believe drugs and alcohol were factors in the crash.
