An overturned big-rig forced authorities to close the transition road from the eastbound 60 Freeway to the northbound 15 Freeway near Jurupa Valley for nearly seven hours Monday, the California Highway Patrol said.
The SigAlert was first reported just before 8 a.m. after the big-rig blocked the entire roadway, according to a CHP incident log. All lanes were closed until just before 3 p.m.
Both CHP units and a CalTrans officials were on the scene, the CHP reported.
No other vehicles appear to have been involved, and no information on the driver’s condition has been released
