A crash involving seven vehicles — one of them a big rig — triggered a SigAlert for the eastbound 10 Freeway near the 57 Freeway on Thursday evening, Aug. 17, the California Highway Patrol said.
The Nos. 1 and 2 lanes were expected to be blocked for at least 30 minutes, the CHP website said at 6:44 p.m.
The crash was reported at 6:22 p.m.
A second crash, reported to be blocking all lanes, was called in at 6:48 p.m. on the eastbound 10 at the 57.
Nearby, a bizarre incident was reported.
At 5:40 p.m. someone said he shot a video of a woman riding a skateboard in the center divider on the westbound 10 at the 57. Two men ran from the vehicle that brought the woman to that location.
