CAJON PASS >> Traffic on the southbound lanes of the 15 Freeway near Oak Hills Road was backed up for nearly four miles as California Highway Patrol officers investigated a possible fatal motorcycle crash Wednesday morning, according to initial California Highway Patrol reports.
The crash was first reported just after 5:30 a.m. as a crash between a motorcycle and vehicle, according to CHP incident logs.
Rescuers were called to the scene and initial reports indicate the rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
A SigAlert was issued for the incident around 6 a.m.
The incident is under investigation.
