MONTCLAIR >> An overturned box truck on the 10 Freeway near Monte Vista Avenue in Montclair snarled traffic for more than two hours Tuesday morning.
The crash was first reported around 8 a.m. on the westbound lanes of the freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol incident log. All lanes were reopened by 10 a.m., but traffic was still backed up to about Archibald Avenue.
No major injuries were reported.
Debris from the crash was strewn across both sides of the freeway causing to a slow down in both directions, according to reports.
A SigAlert was issued for the crash.
It’s unclear what caused the truck to crash and roll. The incident is being investigated by the CHP.
