ONTARIO >> Police seek the public’s help in finding the driver who struck and killed a man last weekend and then fled, according to a police news release.
Thomas Martinez, 50, of Ontario was near the intersection of East Holt Boulevard and Allyn Avenue at about 1:50 a.m. Sunday when an unidentified vehicle struck him, causing major head trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the news release stated.
