POMONA >> An infant and an adult were airlifted to a trauma center Saturday night after being involved in a multi-vehicle collision.
The crash occurred around 9:39 p.m. at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and East End Avenue, said Eddie Pickett, fire supervisor for Los Angeles County Fire Department.
There were a total of 10 patients but only the adult and the infant were airlifted, the rest were minor injuries, he said.
“The infant was flown out for precautionary measures,” said Pomona police Sgt. Todd Samuels.
The cause of the collision is being investigated.
